Verdict

Three previous winners clash with little to choose between them. Montanna may be least experienced of the trio but he cleared away quite powerfully on debut and gets 3lb from the other penalised runners. Court Dreaming is being brought along with customary Nicky Richards patience and kept on well to score over course and distance last month. He commands respect but JUDGE EARLE (NAP) returned to action following wind surgery with a facile success, also over course and distance, this month and may have too bright a turn of foot for his rivals.
