Red Blooded Woman left a good impression when winning on debut and can follow up here at the main expense of Fleuret, Hart Of Gold and Meditation. The selection was a ready scorer over a mile at Chester last time and the drop back to this trip should not inconvenience. She looks to have got into her first handicap on a handy mark judged by that successful debut and can show that today. Fleuret steps back up to 7f having won over six last time in a fairly decent Goodwood maiden. She should be able to act over the trip, though she was initially campaigned over a mile and did not quite get home over it, and it would be nice to see her prove her stamina before she carries our cash. Hart Of Gold carries a penalty for winning over the trip in a Folkestone seller last week. Ron Harris claimed him that day and so he makes his debut for new connections, and he won't be far away. Meditation took a small Lingfield handicap last month but struggled after going up 6lb next time. Faster ground will probably suit, but she has a bit to prove now and we are happy to side with Red Blooded Woman.
