In depth

Verdict

Crucial Moment was quietly fancied for the Brocklesby at Doncaster in April but was among the first beaten and there's no guarantee he'll fare any better over this longer trip. OUR BOY, on the other hand, should relish the extra on breeding and has shown ability in both starts to date. He's preferred to a clutch of newcomers of which Metronomic, a half-brother to a 1m2f winner, is preferred to the Intikaab colt Nature Boy.
