Koala Bear shaped well enough last time and is fairly treated on this handicap bow but the greater experience of in-form MEANDMYSHADOW can prevail. Alan Brown's mare impressed with her attitude under a positive Dale Swift ride when making all at Carlisle three days ago and has every chance of defying her penalty if arriving in the same mood. A course and distance winner, she's done nearly all her winning on good to firm ground over 6f and faces her optimum conditions here. Serenity Spa is solid but reverts to sprinting for the first time since juvenile days whilst Clock Opera, another course and distance winner, gets on well with Louis Steward and is respected. Keep an eye on Jamesbo's Girl who has hardly beaten a rival in the last 18 months. She now has her first run for David Barron, her fifth trainer in three seasons, and was a smart two-year-old who would have every chance if her new handler can relight her fire.
