      Verdict

      Almuheet beat a useful sort in Red Galileo at Newmarket on his debut and looks a nice prospect. He makes more appeal than Hamilton scorer Invincible Strike, Storm Trooper, who didn't have much to beat at Sandown, and the exposed Intermath. But the previous winners are conceding 10lb to the two fillies and it will be disappointing if STARS ABOVE ME doesn't go one better than at Goodwood, where she had a host of subsequent winners behind including Saturday's First Of Clyde heroine Coral Mist. Kuala Queen has shown enough to win an ordinary maiden but might struggle in this company over an extra furlong.
