Both George Fenton and Tenbridge are seeking hat-tricks here. The former most makes appeal of the pair despite picking up a penalty for Saturday's win at Catterick. Imperator Augustus is 6lb higher than when scoring over course and distance in lesser company last month but the quirky Red Paladin has decent claims if in the mood and Shaolin probably deserves a change of luck. PEARL QUEEN came through strongly to land a modest handicap here earlier in the month and gave the impression there was more in the locker. Sam Clarke may be able to steer Chris Wall's filly to a second victory though Hamble should run well again under Shelley Birkett.
