Robin De Carlow found 2m2f too short in a Fairyhouse Grade 3 last time when WESTERN VICTORY finished runner-up. The latter will also be suited by the longer trip having won between the flags and gets the vote in an interesting contest. Moskovite scored over this trip at Navan before completing a double in a 2m handicap here in December. He couldn't quite make the transition to Grade 3 company over 3m at Clonmel but this should prove ideal. Sapphire Lady has been racing in tough handicaps and her close sixth at Fairyhouse in December puts her in the picture while Edene D'Arc looked progressive when landing a Gowran maiden though she had to step down to 2m.
