In depth

Verdict

Ask Mary was engaged in the 4.05 here yesterday. Epsilon Indi has had two starts here, easily winning a handicap last summer and beaten a neck over Christmas. He should be competitive as should Father Jed, who arrives in top form and has his rider's claim to aid his cause. The latter will enjoy the conditions as will WEE SMALL HOURS (NAP), who caught the eye when staying on over slightly shorter behind stable companion Beeper's Ruby at Fairyhouse. Danny Hand's claim can swing it the way of the latter though Load Up Time would have a chance if his last run at Punchestown were ignored as he'll be happier over this shorter trip.
