    Verdict

Only five runners go to post in this contest and Harlech Castle is given the vote, with Sourire and Minjim the most likely dangers. The selection is reported to be quite lazy and with this in mind he could be capable of racking up a sequence. He can be a hard ride and he will only just do enough but that will aid him in his fight against the handicapper and there is little doubt that he does have the ability to win races. He stuck to his guns to score well last time out and he can go in again. Sourire was only beaten a neck here last time out by Determined Stand and although she has her quirks, she should again give a good account of herself. Minjim looks a nice colt on breeding and he is certainly of interest on his racecourse debut, as Clive Brittain is capable of readying one to win first time out. However, Harlech Castle can make it back-to-back wins and he is given the vote.
