    Verdict

Malmand, Piquet and Pyrrhic look the main protagonists in another tough race to call and the tentative vote goes to Malmand. The five-year old won well last time out when defeating Good Timing and if he stays this slightly longer trip he will be hard to beat despite top weight. Piquet rates the main danger as he also won well last time out when defeating Remembrance but that was in a seller and he will need to improve again to win this slightly harder race. Pyrrhic is also worthy of respect and he to was third in a seller behind Bank On Him last time. Our Glenard is also worthy of respect on his latest run but that was at Southwell and although he has won on this surface he has disappointed here of late so can not be backed with any confidence. Of the remainder Monduru is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market, but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum we will side with Malmand.
