      Verdict

      Busaco gets the vote here ahead of Mink Mitten and Sir Monty. A five-pounds rise for his Folkestone win might not be enough to stop Busaco from following up in a fairly modest handicap. He knuckled down well to his task at Folkestone and, even though he did not have a great deal in hand over the runner-up, is taken to score again at this level. Mink Mitten has been running well, and has shown improvement, from around today's mark of late, and could go well, but Blood Money has shown little in three starts. Sir Monty appeared to be improving when third at Windsor last time and, having been dropped two pounds for that effort, has to come into the reckoning. Screen Test has only run three times, each one being on the all-weather, and might well improve on Turf, although he flashed his tail under pressure last time, but Knightsbridge Hill has yet to reproduce his two-year-old form. Once again, then, overall we will side with Busaco.
