In depth

Verdict

Shakerattleandroll gets the narrow vote in a tricky race for punters to call, with Captain Margaret and Countrywide Luck rated as the main dangers. The selection won his maiden in really good style last time out when beating Desert Storm at Ripon. He moves into handicap company off what looks a fair mark and with improvement likely he should take plenty of beating. Captain Margaret rates the main danger as she clearly is suited by this surface on the evidence of her recent win here when she defeated Amwell Brave. She is respected but she does not look as progressive as our selection and is narrowly passed over for that reason. Countrywide luck did not have much luck in-running when last seen out here when second behind Prime Powered. He remains on a fair mark and looks to have decent place claims. Hawkit was disappointing last time but did attract some support so he is one to note in the market again today. However, for the winner we will stick with Shakerattleandroll.
