Having been virtually pulled up when last seen on turf, Danski made a highly encouraging return to the Polytrack when a fast finishing fourth over course and distance last month and Peter Makin's lightly raced colt is taken to step up on that performance and resume winning ways here, getting the vote ahead of Fiefdom and Titan Triumph. The last mentioned had to work hard to win his race here over seven furlongs last time and a 4lb rise for that success leaves him with more to do so he may be best watched. Alfresco has been running consistently well and should be thereabouts again but may just be a shade high in the weights, while Councellor is not the easiest of rides and could also do with some help from the handicapper. Fiefdom has done little wrong of late and is another that has to be respected but preference is for Danski, who gets the vote.
