Verdict

John James Feane is 0-5 with UK raiders this term but posted an excellent 5-15 performance in 2015 so his runners are to be feared. His French import, INVERNATA (NAP), was an excellent second at Tramore on her second start for the yard before supported into favouritism for a Tipperary handicap when things simply did not pan out for her in a messy contest. The run is best ignored and a return to her Tramore form should see her go close off topweight. Keith Dalgleish fires a double salvo courtesy of Ryan The Giant and Magical Lasso, preferred in that order, as the Fastnet Rock gelding had been knocking hard at the door until posting a moderate effort just two days ago. He's better than that and rates a threat. Baileys Galaxy has shown little but it's always dangerous to write off lightly-raced Mark Johnston handicappers.
