Boughtinthedark completed a double over the slightly longer trip here last summer but is 13lb higher than that last victory. Stanhope landed a course and distance handicap last July and is 13lb lower plus his jockey's claim. MI ESPERANZA was consistent last season and 2lb lower than when narrowly beaten at Naas in November. She had Teddy Boy a long way behind when scoring at Tipperary in June though that was the latter's opening run and he landed a track and trip handicap from just 1lb lower in October. Polly Douglas and Early Call are both course and distance winners at the right end of the handicap and though Glow Worm is 0-26 he's likely to make a bold bid to lead all the way and is fit from three runs this year.
