John Gosden's SENATE does have a penalty to carry for his win at Doncaster last week but he won with any amount in hand at Town Moor as he had done at Leicester previously and is hard to oppose even in what seems a hugely competitive event. Aattash has more to do under his penalty for winning at Beverley, while Luca Cumani's Forte Dei Marmi has shown decent form in winning the Zetland Gold Cup and a valuable handicap at Sandown last time but he was ridden on both occasions by Jean-Pierre Guillambert and is now reunited with Kieren Fallon, who does not have as good a record on him. Jeremy Noseda's Royal Destination was good value for his win at Doncaster last week and has to be considered but he does not look as well treated as Senate, who can win again.
