    Verdict

    FREDRICKA (NAP) won at Chelmsford last month and went close again at the same track last time. Chris Dwyer’s mare should make another bold bid. Love Island remains 5lb higher than last year’s win at Ripon though ran well enough from a high draw at Chester last week while Jameerah floundered in soft ground at Thirsk on her reappearance but has won three times on the all-weather before and much better is expected here. None of the remainder look particularly well handicapped though Palenville is usually thereabouts without winning.
