FISCAL POLICY made a winning handicap debut when scoring with plenty to spare at Kempton and a penalty may not be enough to prevent him winning again. Primo won over the minimum trip at Southwell and is another to consider while Koropick also returns to this longer distance though last got his head in front way back in 2017.
