In depth

Verdict

BOLLIN ACE bounded clear of Justforjames on similar going at Sedgefield earlier this month. The runner-up is only a pound better off and will struggle to reverse that form and Tim Easterby’s improving novice can defy top weight to complete his hat-trick ahead of Sharp Response, also successful last time at Sedgefield. Dubai Angel is ultra-consistent and unlikely to go down without a fight and Malcolm Jefferson’s six-year-old makes more appeal than Our Reward, though Page Fuller’s claim will aid his cause.
