In depth

Verdict

Everaard is sure to have come on for his comeback run at Uttoxeter but seems to reserve his best for Musselburgh. Scotswell, on the other hand, prefers the ups and downs of Kelso. South Leinster disappointed when favourite at that track earlier in the month but should strip fitter here and About Thyne sprang a 66/1 surprise at Hexham three weeks ago, though those behind didn't run up to form. Night In Milan won a chase by 20 lengths at Kelso in May but is 13lb higher than his last success over hurdles and has to concede 23lb to NAY SECRET. The four-year-old has steadily improved as he's tackled longer trips and was second to the useful Romanesco over 2m5f at Perth last month. He should take all the beating if handling the extra 3f.
