Verdict

Arab League may be flattered by the margin of his Salisbury win and looks to have plenty to do off 13lbs higher in a race taken to go to MAXIM GORKY. Sir Michael Stoute's well-bred son of Montjeu made a promising start to his career when winning an ordinary maiden at Leicester. He went on to struggle in a couple of strong handicaps but the 65-day break he's had since suggests there may have been something amiss, so with his ability to go well fresh proven and softer ground likely he makes plenty of appeal. Precision Break improved for the fitting of a tongue-tie at Chester and could progress again, Plymouth Rock looked to be found out by a lack of stamina over two miles last time and should do better here having missed a York engagement while Kid Charlemagne is hard to predict and Lethal Glaze disappointed last time. Both Hevelius and Akbabend have missed what appear easier opportunities and may once again struggle to pass the post first.
