Verdict

BOLD POLICY is taken to land the finale at the expense of Wisteria Lane and Sagunt. The selection is only four pounds higher in the weights since winning at Uttoxeter last time out. He still looks well treated on his best form and if he is able to reproduce his recent form he will be difficult to oppose. Wisteria Lane caught the eye after finishing second to Seaquel at Bangor earlier in the month. That was his first run in eight months so he is sure to benefit for the outing, however the handicapper has seen it fit to raise him nine pounds in the weights for that performance which will make life tougher for him from now on. Sagunt has bits and pieces of form to his name but he is largely frustrating of late. He won a couple of races last season and after shooting up the ratings the handicapper looks to have the upper hand for the time being. Bold Policy is the form horse in the race and can add to his winning tally. Guy Lewis.
