Carradium Ran in a hurdle at Kelso last October where he was soundly beaten. Makes his second appearance over hurdles for new trainer; makes little appeal.
Hypothesis (IRE) Ran moderately at Warwick in the soft ground back in February. Has since been running on the flat with little success; needs to improve to have a chance today.
Ice A winner over 7f at York in July. Only 3.5L beaten at York latest over 8f. Debut hurdle run with new trainer nad champion jockey on board; best watched.
Indian Venture (IRE) Has not seen a race track for 259 days and despite a bumper win at Musselburgh back in December 1999 makes little appeal.
Jumbo's Flyer Tailed off at Sedgefield 8 days agoon hurdles debut; needs to dramatically improve to have a chance today.
Late Arrival Was a very close second to Granite City at Musselburgh on his penultimate start over 9f. Makes his hurdling debut today.
Lauderdale Was soundly beaten on the soft here latest, all his other form has been on soft or heavy ground. These conditons may suit better; others preferred.
Majlis (IRE) Pulled up on the soft at Aintree back in April in a novice hurdle won by Bilboa. Has run respectaby in very good company, although third to Jair du Cochet at Cheltenham was beaten 34L+. Big drop back in class today; one for the short list.
One Domino More exposed than most in this contest. Last ran on heavy ground at Carlisle in February where he was well beaten. Some respectable place form a year ago; cannot be ignored.
Thistlekicker (IRE) Last ran here at the beginning of August where he was beaten 38L by Atlantic Charter. The veteran of the pack at nine-years-old. Retains his maiden tag which he is unlikely to lose today.
Typhoon Tilly Had hurdling debut eleven days ago at Worcester where he finished second, 0.75L beaten by bitter sweet. Likely to improve off that run; one for the shortlist.
