Verdict

Zacinto has come with a health warning this season so it may be wise to take him on with RIO DE LA PLATA. If the real Zacinto who finished in front of Delegator and Aqlaam when chasing home Rip Van Winkle in the QEII at Ascot last September stands up here then the rest must as well start now but he showed little interest in taking part on his reappearance at Newbury and was tailed off in the Eclipse last time. Sandwiched between those efforts was a decent enough effort in the Queen Anne Stakes but this season's profile doesn't encourage one to rush in at the forecast prices. Rio De La Plata and Harrison George only have 2lbs to find on official figures and the latter did really well to successfully give weight to a decent field at Haydock and has impressed over this course and distance. Rio De La Plata recorded a smooth success on his return to racing on these shores last month and the Group 1 winning juvenile is fancied to take the honours although Mabait cannot be left out of the equation despite disappointing last time.
