In depth

Verdict

Despite a disappointing run on his latest start, Moarban looks the clear form pick here and is strongly fancied to get off the mark; Celtic Sapphire and the newcomer Uncomprehendable could be the pick of the others. Mick Channon's colt sets the standard here and can be forgiven a below par effort on his latest start at Beverley on account of the easy ground. He is officially rated 80 and, back on his favoured ground has been found an excellent opportunity to gain a first career success. Celtic Sapphire wasn't disgraced on fast ground on her latest outing at Beverley and Tim eastreby's filly could provide the best forecast option. Dance Party's maiden form looks fairly ordinary but could she could take a hand in the finish, while the market may prove the best guide for the two newcomers, of which Ben Hanbury's Uncomprehendable makes most appeal. But Moarban will be a tough nut to crack and is a confident selection.
