Verdict

SPEECHMAKER can take this opener for David Wachman. A close runner-up to Top Spin over today's C&D on his reappearance last month, he didn't have the pace to lay up with milers at the Curragh last time and will be much better suited by a return to this trip. Total Reality would be a huge threat on his close fourth to Noll Wallop at the Curragh in October but he has a long absence to overcome which may pose a problem. Valbucca has been making progress with each run and has performed well here in the past while Dibela and Rare Symphony can improve on their debut efforts, especially the latter as she looked promising behind Queen Andromache at Navan.
