There are some interesting fillies in this line-up but none of them have rock solid claims and this looks to be a tricky race to call. Deira Dubai and Profitability are the leading players on form and we'll give the Barry Hills trained runner another chance. She had four attempts at breaking her duck as a juvenile but her form has been given a couple of boosts this season with Generous Thought and Elysee Palace (to whom she was placed behind on her final two starts) going on to frank the form this term. She raced a shade too keenly on her own reappearance at Chester but that run may have taken the edge off her and she's entitled to win a race like this on the pick of her efforts. Profitability stepped up on the form of her debut to make the frame over course and distance last time and this well bred filly wouldn't need to improve too much on that form to go very close here. Perfect Silence is worth a second look although her yard could be going better, Miss Clarice is an expensive purchase who may well be able to improve on her debut, Wusuul showed ability on her sole start at two and a few of the others have shown the odd glimmer as well. The market may help us to sort the wheat from the chaff but our selection, Deira Dubai, should be a leading contender.
