        Verdict

        Autumn Leaves steps up in trip having ended last year with a win at Salisbury while Preening was runner-up at Thirsk more recently. Golden Iris ran well at Chepstow last time and all three go handicapping for the first time and may fare better than Caiya did on her handicap debut at Nottingham. But it could pay to stick with DAYBREAK as the latter was narrowly beaten in this grade at Goodwood last time despite having to switch for a clear run and William Buick’s presence in the saddle takes the eye. Zoraya wasn’t far behind the selection at Goodwood while Affina may well finish closer with last month’s reappearance at Wolverhampton under her belt.
