VITTACHI has improved out of all recognition on the Flat recently and makes his handicap debut over timber from a very lowly mark. There's no reason why his progress shouldn't be the same over hurdles and he must be the selection. Shoal Bay Dreamer looks another capable of much better as she was making her debut in a handicap when a close second to Crackerjac Boy at Carlisle last month. Sydney Cove landed a Hexham handicap before failing to fire here next time though an early mistake stopped him in his tracks. Sundown Trail went up 7lb for his success at Ayr in February and has failed to justify heavy support on both subsequent starts. Heather Glen showed her first sign of ability when stepped up to 3m at Newcastle and a strong gallop in testing ground should again bring out the best in her.
