Verdict

Buckskin Boulta, twice a winner between the flags, won a maiden hurdle on heavy ground at Uttoxeter in April and also scored at Hexham. He should make a chaser but Golden Plan is beginning a career over fences at an advanced age. Kilcarry Bridge would have a chance if completing without mishap though that's unlikely judging by his form to date and he has a long absence to overcome. Kilclispeen, a promising bumper and hurdler, fell when struggling on his chasing bow at Kilbeggan which appears to have affected him as he never got going on a return visit. Havana Dancer enters the fray in reasonable form over hurdles but though she won three times over timber it was at a very lowly level. SIR ECTOR, six times a winner on the Flat, ran some fair races over timber though only won once. He made a few mistakes on his debut over fences at Fairyhouse in November but showed some potential and is taken to see off this moderate bunch.
