The old-timer Further Outlook continues in top form and should go close in his bid for a four-timer, however we will take a chance with Watching, Soba Jones may do best of the rest. The selection returned to the track this summer from an eighteen month break and after two modest efforts ran a decent enough race last time out at Lingfield. He could now be ready to strike and he looks the best option in a weak event. Further Outlook's three recent wins have all been on the turf. He is not as effective on the all-weather but should still play a major role. Soba JOnes is a bit of a Southwell specialist having won here three times this year. On official ratings he has a little bit to find but should still be in the shake up. Mind Alert is running well at present and could run into a place, however for the winner we return to Watching.
