In depth

Verdict

Apply Dapply is given a narrow vote here ahead of Scuba and Tilly's Dream. It is a wide open contest but Apply Dapply has been running well and has plenty of scope for improvement. His last outing was on the turf at Lingfield when second to Damika. Numerous winners have come out of that contest so the form is rock solid and if he handles the ground he should go very close. Stable companion Scuba is an all-weather specialist and ran his usual solid race at Wolverhampton last time, he is still on a decent mark and should be involved in the finish. Tilly's Dream looked on the way back to her best last time when chasing home Xpress Maite over course and distance and looks set for some more place money. All in all a very tricky affair but Apply Dapply is less exposed than most of these and gets a tentative vote.
