    Verdict

ZAAKI kept good company last year and wasn’t disgraced in any of his four runs. He didn’t look an easy ride on occasions but has joined Sir Michael Stoute’s yard over the winter and it will be disappointing if he can’t win a race like this. Ralph Beckett has a 50 per cent strike-rate with the few runners he sends here and Fresh Terms is his only entry on the card. He showed some promise at Wolverhampton in December and will know more today. Pacific Fleet has been placed in all three starts on Turf and newcomer New Graduate is worth a market check but I'm Yer Man only won a Class 6 event at Chelmsford and has to carry a penalty.
