Stucker Hill won this last year, her only start on the track, though she entered the fray in winning form having scored at Punchestown earlier. She had a length to spare over Isabel's Gold a year ago but the latter has the better of the weights this time. Goulane Jessie, a winner between the flags last time, needs a thorough test of stamina which she should get on this ground and, like Limerick winner MOYODE LADY, has the benefit of a low weight and a very useful claimer on board. The latter looks progressive and is handed the vote though the consistent Ask Heather would be an obvious threat if over her recent fall over fences at Fairyhouse. Romella was well supported and showed her first sign of form when narrowly beaten by Theatre Run at Thurles and, though that was over 2m, she was staying on strongly at the finish.
