Verdict

The next race on the card can go the way of OGEE ahead of Burren Legend and Midnight Chase. The selection was very unlucky at Aintree when he was nearly brought down by another rival. The fact that he managed to get back in the race and only be beaten by eight lengths is a sign of the horse's ability and heart. This is his easiest task to take after running great races at Cheltenham and Aintree and should run well. Burren Legend looks a lively contender though and is racing from the right end of the handicap. His last two runs have been very encouraging behind some classy horses. The form of his Newbury race has worked out very well and again ran well when second at Cheltenham. The drop in trip is a slight concern and may need some rain to be seen at his best. Another horse on the up is Midnight Chase. He hacked up at Cheltenham on his latest start making all for a comprehensive victory. The form is decent but he has a huge hike in the handicap to contend with along with not getting his own way up front. Forzy Origny and Pocket Aces are others to note in this competitive race.
