    Verdict

Dahaam, New Christmas and KING'S PARADE are the three to concentrate on and there's nothing to choose between the trio. New Christmas was backed as though defeat was out of the question at Yarmouth only to rear just before the gates opened resulting in Jamie Spencer becoming unbalanced and remaining in the stalls whilst his mount charged down the track. It will be interesting to see how he behaves at the start on this occasion. Sir Michael Stoute often runs some decent sorts at Leicester and King's Parade ran well to finish second at the East Midlands venue on heavy ground. The quicker ground is sure to benefit this beautifully bred colt who holds a Racing Post Trophy entry whilst the yard is two from five with their juveniles here in recent seasons. The bin Suroor newcomer is the first foal of a seven furlong juvenile winner from an illustrious family and it would be no surprise to see him go well with the yard's juveniles flying high. However, the yard has a surprisingly modest record at this track with no winners from ten runners over the past five seasons so we'll side with King's Parade.
