Verdict

Zeffirelli has shown promise in all three starts and Mick Quinn's gelding is sure to be popular with backers but he does not look to be particularly well treated on his handicap debut and preference is for Artistic Light, who gets the vote over Dynamo Dave. The last mentioned unseated his rider on the bend at Windsor on his handicap debut last time but had earlier shown promise on the Polytrack and Brian Meehan's gelding has to be respected. Mick Quinlan's Redarsene ran better at Newmarket last time and has to be respected on the back of that effort, while Reel Man has given little sign of encouragement in two starts this term. Wabbraan has been well held in all four starts and a better bet looks to be Willie Muir's Artistic Light, who has shown a decent level of form as a two-year-old and he is the selection in the hope that she can reproduce a similar level on her first start at three.
