In depth

Verdict

ROCK OF AMERICA made a winning start at Newcastle and went close to winning on his handicap debut when beaten only a neck at Chelmsford. He’s preferred to recent maiden winner Full Intention. Dandy Flame bids for a four-timer but is upped in class having landed a couple of plating races while the rest of the field making their seasonal debuts. Queen In Waiting and Nayyar make most appeal of those although Jumping Around was placed in a higher grade sprint at Yarmouth in September and can be given a chance on that form.
