In depth

Verdict

Many in with chances here namely Suits Me Fine, Idlewild, Ashgan, Tommy Spar and Cannon Fire with the tentative vote going to the last named. Coming from a yard bang in form Cannon Fire did win at Uttoxeter before running with credit at Stratford last time out when finishing third. The one concern is that he is only a four year old carrying a big weight but if he can over come that burden then he will go close. Idlewild is another with a big weight and although a winner at Uttoxeter last time out that was in selling company and more is needed here. The same can be said for Asgan who won a seller at big odds here last week and is very inconsistent.Tommy Spar and Suits Me Fine have been struggling of late but both yards have hit form so are worth noting in the market. But for the winner we return to Cannon Fire.
