Things didn’t really happen for EMARAATY ANA over in Dubai but he isn’t the first and won’t be the last to find life tough at Meydan. A return to Turf in his own back yard could be the perfect tonic. Dragon Symbol has a first start for Roger Varian and was the model of consistency for Archie Watson throughout 2021. Minzaal won the Gimcrack a couple of years ago and the colt has been very lightly campaigned since. Happy Romance also won here as a juvenile when taking a big sales race and he ran a career-best last time out in the Al Quoz Sprint. Rohaan was a real money-spinner for connections last term and another for the shortlist.
