Sekope Kepu has signed a three-year contract with French club Bordeaux-Begles.
The 28-year-old Australia international prop, who has made 52 Test appearances, will join the Top 14 outfit after this year's World Cup.
He is the second player from NSW Waratahs to join the club coached by former France captain Raphael Ibanez.
Australia international utility back Adam Ashley-Cooper signed a similar deal with Bordeaux-Begles in December.
Bordeaux, who were founded in 2006, were promoted to the Top 14 in 2011 and are currently fifth in the table after finishing eighth last season.
