Saracens are already guaranteed a home quarter-final and a sixth successive Champions Cup pool victory at Toulouse should confirm them as No 1 seeds.

Saracens are one of only two teams boasting a 100 per cent record after five rounds, and can set a club record of four consecutive away wins in the European Cup when they travel to the Stade Ernest-Wallon.

Ulster could join Saracens in the last-eight, but they require a bonus-point win over Oyonnax in Belfast. They may also need Leinster to win against Wasps or there could be no Irish representative in the knockout stages.

This pool is set to go down to the wire with all four teams in contention for the quarter-finals. The Ospreys are in pole position but they face a testing trip to Sandy Park on Sunday to face third-placed Exeter Chiefs.

An Exeter win is likely to eliminate the Ospreys, but the Chiefs require a bonus-point victory to keep their Champions Cup hopes alive.

The other game sees Clermont Auvergne host Top 14 rivals Bordeaux Begles. Last year's finalists are expected to extend their 25-game European winning home streak at the Stade Marcel-Michelin.

A bonus-point victory would move Clermont onto 19 points and should be enough to claim one of the three 'best runners-up' spots, but Ulster and Northampton could profit if Bordeaux score a shock win.

Unbeaten Racing 92 have already booked a home quarter-final and they can afford to rotate for Saturday's trip to play Glasgow in Rugby Park.

Glasgow's late defeat at Northampton on Sunday all but ended their last-eight chances. Qualification is still possible but the home side will need a bonus-point win and a host of other results to go their way.

A Scarlets win over Northampton is one of the results Glasgow require, but Saints have their own quarter-final ambitions and their Welsh opponents have lost all five pool fixtures and have the second-lowest try-count (five) in the competition behind Leinster (three).

Jim Mallinder's men will be looking for five points from their trip to Parc y Scarlets and will be hoping for a slip-up from Wasps, Stade Francais or Clermont Auvergne.

Pool 4

Leicester are home and hosed and can look forward to a quarter-final at Welford Road. Stade Francais can join the Tigers in the knockout stages with victory at the Stade Jean Bouin on Sunday at 1pm.

Stade's hopes of topping the pool evaporated at Munster last Saturday, but they have a good home record against Leicester, winning all three of their previous meetings by an average of 13 points.

Another home win should confirm the Top 14 champions' progress while even a bonus-point victory for Munster in Treviso is unlikely to be enough.

Pool 5

Wasps suffered late heartbreak in Toulon in round five, but victory over Leinster at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday should be enough to seal a last-eight spot.

Leinster have scored 25 points in their two European away games this season but showed signs of recovery as they eliminated Bath last weekend.

A bonus-point win for Wasps could secure a home quarter-final but they will need a favour from Premiership rivals Bath who host defending champions Toulon at the Rec.

Toulon have won four of their five fixtures to date but their failure to pick up a single bonus point leaves the top spot up for grabs. Victories for the three-in-a-row hopefuls and Wasps should result in both progressing from the pool.
