Romania flanker Valentin Ursache will miss Sunday's World Cup clash with Ireland through suspension.
The 30-year-old has been banned for a week after being found guilty of making a dangerous tackle during their Pool D match against France on Wednesday.
Ursache's offence was deemed to be at the lower end of the scale of seriousness and, taking into account his excellent disciplinary record and the absence of aggravating factors, the usual two-week suspension was cut to one.
He had originally been named in Lynn Howells' side on Friday at blind-side but Viorel Lucaci will start in Ursache's place.
