French scrum-half David Mele has left Leicester to join Top 14 giants Toulouse.
Mele, 29, moved to England from Perpignan in 2013, finishing his debut season with five tries in 25 appearances.
He played 44 times for the Tigers in his two years at Welford Road, making 13 starts and scoring eight tries and 59 points.
After making his Perpignan debut in 2006, Narbonne-born Mele was a French league title winner with the Basques in 2008/09 and can play at fly-half as well as place-kick.
Veteran France back-row forward Imanol Harinordoquy has also extended his contract with Toulouse.
Harinordoquy, 35, capped 82 times by Les Bleus, is expected to sign as a medical joker from July 1 as cover during the World Cup which runs from the middle of September to October 31 in England.
"He will still be with us next season," said Toulouse president Rene Bouscatel of the former Biarritz star.
