Saracens players react to Champions Cup victory

Alex Goode (l), Chris Wyles (c) and Chris Ashton (r) of Saracens celebrate with the Champions Cup trophy

The Saracens players share their reactions after beating Racing 21-9 to lift the Champions Cup trophy.

Owen Farrell kicked seven penalties as Saracens earned their first ever European title in front of a packed house at Grand Stade de Lyon on Saturday night.

The game was billed as a head-to-head clash between Farrell and former All Black Dan Carter, and it was the England international who won the battle as he kicked seven goals from seven attempts while Carter left the field early in the second half after an indifferent game.

But it was not just Farrell who outplayed his opposite number, as the Saracens pack put aside early problems to dominate their opposition in the set piece and the loose, while the back three helped win the territorial and aerial battles.

Sky Sports' Graham Simmons and Alex Payne were on hand to catch the immediate reactions of all the Saracens players as well as their coach, as they celebrated the win with friends and family.
