South Africa's Ruan Combrinck is likely to miss the remainder of the Rugby Championship season after suffering a broken leg against Argentina on Saturday.

The 26-year-old Lions winger was injured seven minutes before half-time and an X-ray confirmed he had fractured his fibula.
