Will Greenwood says he would not be surprised if England boss Eddie Jones announces a new coaching staff.

Reports in some of Sunday's national papers suggest that Jones is set to axe Andy Farrell, Graham Rowntree and Mike Catt, who all worked under Jones' predecessor Stuart Lancaster.

There has been no official announcement from Twickenham on the future of the trio, or their potential replacements.

But Sky Sports expert Greenwood expects Jones to make a fresh start with his own men, and he is tipping Exeter Chiefs as a potential long-term source of coaching talent for the England team.

"There's no official announcement at this stage," he told Sky Sports News HQ.  "It sounds like he is [going to make changes]. They may well go. He's been very tight-lipped, he's been at a lot of the games and he's not done any interviews yet.

"Rob Baxter is a potential long-term England coach. He's done quite brilliant things with Exeter Chiefs. They smashed Clermont yesterday. The rumours we are hearing are that Steve Borthwick - subject to contract discussions with Bristol - will join him. They are also talking [Saracens forwards coach] Paul Gustard.

"It is not a surprising thing to happen. When a new man comes in he brings his team with him. That would be what we expect to happen.

"One of the keys is to have more of a conveyor belt of coaches and understand where they are coming from. At the moment with England it seems to be 'right, here's a guy, we'll give him a go for three or four years, it hasn't worked out - where do we go? Panic - go find someone.'

"Rob Baxter would, longer term, certainly be someone. He's worked in the grass roots of the game, he's dragged Exeter up by their bootstraps to second in the Aviva. They are in great shape in Pool 2 of the Champions Cup and has a good coaching staff under him. Ali Hepher could be a potential England backs coach, Rob Hunter for the forwards.

"We've certainly got options in the longer term, Eddie is our man in the short term."
