Who will prevail in this weekend's NBA Sunday Primetime game live on Sky Sports? Mike Tuck and Mo Mooncey give their thoughts on Celtics @ Lakers.
Boston Celtics @ LA Lakers, Sunday 8:30pm, Sky Sports Arena
Mike Tuck says: It's a huge game, it's going to be great. I mean it's two of the biggest clubs in the NBA right now and historically going at it, there's nothing better than one of those games.
I see the Lakers edging them out just because it's a home game. LeBron's going to be still glowing from winning at the All-Star Weekend and AD with that game-winning shot, I see the Lakers taking this one.
Mo Mooncey says: There's no bigger stage in world sports than Celtics vs Lakers. But if you got back to when the two teams last played, if I'm not mistaken my beloved Celtics absolutely destroyed them!
Jayson Tatum is announcing himself as a starter. Every single month of the season, he's got better and better on both sides of the court. You've seen him come up big in clutch moments, you've seen him sometimes defer to other guys like Jaylen [Brown] and Kemba [Walker] as well. For him, it's about making the right reads and the right plays when need be.
The Celtics have surprised even me this season but we could be playing the Monstars from Space Jam and it'll still be a Boston win for me!
