Sky Sports' coverage of Anthony Joshua v Wladimir Klitschko was named Best Sports Programme at the Broadcast Awards.
The heavyweight bout was ordered by over one million viewers on Sky Box Office, and saw Joshua cement his status as champion.
Of the six finalists in the category, Sky Sports coverage accounted for four.
Monday Night Football, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and the Lions Tour were also in contention for the honour.
The fight was watched by the biggest crowd in post-war history at Wembley, and set new records for British boxing.
Both fighters hit the canvas before Joshua secured the TKO in the 11th round.
