Reece Topley says England are confident about winning the third ODI against South Africa on Tuesday.

Reece Topley is hoping England can complete a 5-0 whitewash of South Africa in their one-day international series.

Topley's career-best 4-50 in Port Elizabeth on Saturday helped England take a 2-0 lead in the series, with three matches to play.

They now head to Centurion on Tuesday looking to secure a series victory and Topley insists they are not ready to rest on their laurels if they do.

The last time England inflicted a 5-0 ODI series whitewash was against Zimbabwe back in 2001.

Topley, who will turn 22 this month, said: "We don't want them to get back in the series. We're one game away from the series, and we want to wrap it up here - and then hope we can go for a 5-0."

The Essex fast bowler has become a key part of England's bowling attack with his left-arm variations and is content with his performances.

He added: "It's gone quite well for me personally, but the bottom line is we're 2-0 up - which is the more satisfying thing.

"It's obviously nice to get personal accolades along the way. But the end result as a team is what we all want to reach.

"We're in such a brilliant place at the minute. We're all just enjoying ourselves, and having a lot of fun doing what we love.

"I'm thankful I'm still playing for England, and I don't want the ride to end.

"I'm living my dream by putting in performances for England, which is where everyone wants to be."

"For me personally, I've definitely left no stone unturned," he said.

"I'm looking forward to finding out what the squad is. If I go to India, it will be a dream come true because that's where I want to be, representing my nation at a World Cup.

"If I'm picked to play out there I would love to show what I can do and show what skills I have on that stage."
